How to report copyright infringement right now
On the recipe or profile page you want to report, choose Report and select "Copyright/takedown" as the reason. That opens a human-reviewed moderation case — you don't need to wait for the rest of this page to be finished to use it.
There is no published postal or email address for formal notices yet. Until there is, the Report control above is the route that reaches a human — choose "Copyright/takedown" and include a description of the copyrighted work.
