Preview looks different from my camera's JPEG

GR Studiogr.studio

Every preview is meant to be a calibrated, honest stand-in for what your camera would actually produce — never a CSS filter or an approximation.

Steps

  1. 1

Open the calibration page to see the current measured basis for your camera and firmware.

  2. 2

If no measured basis exists yet for your body, the page says so plainly rather than showing an unqualified claim.

  3. 3

Compare a preview against a before/after frame on that page to see the mechanism behind the claim.

If that didn't work

If a preview and your camera's JPEG still look meaningfully different once a real measured basis exists for your body, that's worth reporting — the whole point of publishing the basis is so a mismatch is checkable, not just asserted.

Still stuck? We don't have a support address to give you yet. Use the Report control on any recipe or profile page to reach us— include the diagnostics file if the app offered one (here's how to find it →). A human reads every message.
