Change or recover your sign-in

The self-serve option today is adding a passkey to your account, so you can sign in without typing your password.

Steps

   Sign in on gr.studio.

   Go to Account > Sign-in & security.

3. 3

   Confirm your email under Add passkey.

4. 4

   Choose Create passkey and complete your device's own passkey prompt.

5. 5

   Next time, sign in with that passkey instead of your password.

If that didn't work

There's no self-serve password reset yet — if you're locked out and have no passkey on the account, contact support directly rather than trying repeated sign-in attempts.
