Entering a recipe on GR III (guided entry)

Guided entry turns a recipe into a checklist of menu changes to make on your camera yourself, in the order your camera's own menu presents them — never a hard-coded generic list.

Steps

   Open the recipe from your Deploy tray and choose Deploy.

   The app lists each change in order: Image Control (the look), White Balance mode, White Balance shift if it's set, then every other parameter the recipe uses.

   Make each change on your camera's own menu, then check it off in the app.

   If any parameter the recipe sets isn't available on your camera, the app lists it separately, upfront, before you start.

   Once every step is checked, choose "I've made these changes on the camera."

If that didn't work

Checking off every step tells the app you're done — it isn't the same as the camera confirming the change, since there's no automatic read-back for this path yet. If you're unsure a change actually took effect, check that setting directly in your camera's own menu.
