Pair the Companion app with your GR

Pairing connects the app to your camera directly. You don't need to sign in for any of this — camera features work fully without an account.

Steps

   Open GR Studio Companion. On first launch it takes you straight into pairing — there's no sign-in step in the way.

   Choose Continue to start pairing your camera over Bluetooth.

   When asked, allow local network access — this is what lets the app reach your camera's own Wi-Fi once paired.

4. 4

   If access is denied by mistake, the app links you straight to the right Settings screen to fix it.

   Once connected, bring in your first photo from the Camera tab to finish setup.

If pairing or connecting doesn't complete, run Connection Doctor — see The app can't find my camera for exactly what each check means and how to fix it. You can also skip any of these steps and come back to pairing later from Profile > Cameras.
